Hi, I’m Christine Morgenstern Shin, a 20+ year integrative wellness practitioner in Laguna Beach, CA. As founder of Couture Fit Living, my mission is to help clients discover holistic and sustainable solutions to enhance their complete life – mind, body and soul. Whether locally or by telehealth sessions, I serve individuals around the country with chronic illnesses or significant health challenges, healthy individuals who want to improve their quality of life, and teens who want to lessen their anxiety and stress.
I use three key fundamentals to optimize change: personal lifestyle values, functional nutrition and mindful movement. Rooted in the belief that everyone deserves a vibrant life, the Lifestyle Matrix TM is our proprietary resource that guides clients through an extensive personal journey to become their best self.

Education and Credentials
In addition to a B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of Connecticut, Christine maintains professional designations that include Functional Nutrition and Lifestyle Practitioner (FNLP), Certified Holistic Health Practitioner (CHHP), as well as a graduate of Full Body Systems through Functional Nutrition Alliance. Christine has continued her education and mentorship under Andrea Nakayama for the past six years, while also expanding into graduate level education under Dr. Kharrazian at The Kharrazian Institute. She attends yearly continuing education immersions at various conferences from the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine, Institute of Nutritional Endocrinology, and the American Nutrition Association which hosts high profile educators in the field of functional medicine and lifestyle medicine.
Presently, Christine is a candidate of the Brain Longevity Training at the Alzheimer’s Research and Prevention Foundation. Her focus is in neuroscience, positive psychology and the interconnective weave between mental health, immune health, gut health and epigenetics.
To compliment her clinical background, Christine is certified as a Yoga Alliance 200RYT through the Dallas Yoga Center and Yoga Alliance 125RCYT to help teenagers discover their super powers through yoga and mindfulness.
Christine’s yoga background is rooted and inspired by Tias Little from Prajna Yoga, focusing on therapeutic somatic influences and the subtle body. Further training through Anusara yoga, Hatha-Raja yoga, Bo Forbes, the Maze Method and SYTAR also contribute to Christine’s interdisciplinary approach. Her current studies for the last several years is in the art and science of yoga therapy, specifically mental wellness.
Additionally, she maintained her initial training as a Lifestyle and Behavioral Coach, Certified Wellness and Health Coach (CWHC) and a CPT-ACE Fitness Coach since 2001. She is a member of the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM) , The Functional Medicine Association of North Texas, the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, IDEA, Yoga Alliance and the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
Previously, Christine was a professional business consultant working with commercial, corporate and boutique fitness companies in franchise development, start-ups, financial and service capacities.

Dr. Landan Webster
– Chief Body Expert
Dr. Webster is a graduate of Parker Chiropractic College. He was a collegiate soccer player and swimmer; he understands the human body and how to keep it functioning at peak level. Dr. Webster has special training in returning injured bodies to health and function quickly and has spent the majority of his time researching the function of the human body and how to improve it. He specializes in A.R.T. (active release technique) and needling.
During Dr. Webster’s initial session with you, he will perform a Specific Functional Movement Assessment where he can clinically assess fundamental movement patterns and diagnose if there are any structural, mobility or neurological dysfunctions in the body. Debby Dudley
– Whole Wellness Counselor
Debby has been practicing as a Licensed Professional Counselor in a private practice since 2003. She views mental health holistically, incorporating the roles of mind, body, and spirit as key components to healthy living. Successfully initiating positive change has to begin in our thinking before it will show up in changed behavior. The process can be greatly enhanced by starting with the knowledge of how our personalities function.

Debby’s love of Hawaii and the “aloha spirit” show up every Christmas season in the form of a huge real Christmas tree wearing a grass skirt and decorated with tropical ornaments given to her by friends and family for 15 years!

Psacha LaJoie
– Chef Psacha
Psacha LaJoie is a graduate of The Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC. Although her role as a Business Manager for high-end luxury fashion brands proved to be exciting, her entrepreneurial nature left her craving more from life so she packed up and moved to Canada.
During her time there she became her grandmother’s full-time caretaker. With a passion for holistic medicine and the culinary arts, Psacha knew that her grandmother could heal with the right diet and holistic techniques. After eight months of assisting her grandmother to recovery, she moved back home to Texas to start a new journey! Seeing the power of using food as medicine in curing her grandmother’s illness, she knew that this was her path.
Today, Psacha is a private chef for clients with health conditions and diseases that require a special eating protocol. Her true passion for cooking is rooted in her desire to help others heal thru food.

Maraliz Campos
– Sound Healing Meditation Instructor
Maraliz completed her transmission ceremony accepting the Five Mindfulness Trainings with Terry Cortes-Vega at the Dallas Meditation Center and has since been touching students souls and calming their minds with sound healing meditation. She has a passion for helping people of all backgrounds and especially those living with chronic pain.
Maraliz began her yoga practice in 2003 and meditation practice in 2005. In her final year of college, Maraliz became ill and was ultimately bedridden and unable to walk. Through studying mindfulness and reconnecting with her practice, Maraliz used these difficulties as positive bridges that allow her to connect with her students and support them on their own journeys.
As part of our introduction into the Power of Mindfulness, clients will experience the unique journey lead by Maraliz of being immersed in a bath of sound healing meditation. Learn more about Maraliz and her work here.
